A Southern California native, Joan's real estate journey began after successfully launching a mid-century beach bungalow investment property just outside of Los Angeles, along the Ventura County Coastline in the historic and coveted neighborhood of Hollywood Beach. A decade later, Joan is trusted by many luxury homeowners to host their vacation rental investment assets at the highest level and is responsible for multiple homes in Southern California’s Beach | Desert and Mountain communities.

Although Joan specializes along the Ventura County coastline and Coachella Valley, she is knowledgable in many Southern California markets.

Previous to real estate, Joan has had a successful career as a professional photographer for 20+ years and is honored to have been included in some of the industry's most prestigious awards, including American Photography and Communication Arts.  When you meet Joan, it is very likely that her camera is not too far away.  Even her Terrier rescue dog is named Canon.  Her roots run deep in the photography and music industries in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville and beyond.

She believes in giving back to her community and supports many non profit organizations.
